Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Time may require an additional business day to process.
For example, orders placed after 10:00 AM PT on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.
Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Most standard shipments are sent via USPS or FedEx Ground, depending on the size and weight of your order. Orders may ship from any of our U.S. warehouse locations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes).

To ensure fast and free shipping, we maintain strategically located warehouses across the continental U.S. to ensure fast and secure delivery to your doorstep. Additionally, we partner with Amazon to enhance our distribution, utilizing their warehouses for reliable and trackable shipping.

Delays & Issues
While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

TappWoo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you believe your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
